Your website copy isn’t just a means to generate conversions.
It’s true. When someone visits your website for the first time, there’s a lot that can, and often needs to happen before they’ll take action.
They need to know where they’ve landed, who you are, and what you have to offer them. They need to feel that their problems are being recognized, their concerns addressed, and their questions answered. They need to know that they can trust you to deliver whatever it is that they’re looking for.
Great copy fulfills those needs, page by page, word by word, from your header to your call-to-action button.
Do you want great copy?
Let me write it down for you.
What does a copywriting project include?
For your website to work, all its elements need to tell a coherent story.
That’s why your copywriting project includes:
Who is this for?
Any business that needs new website copy and realizes the importance of copy in establishing brand trust and increasing conversions.
Who is this not for?
Business owners who would really rather write their website copy themselves. While detailed feedback and information helps me capture your brand’s voice and communicate your message in a captivating and converting way, you will need to let go of the reigns a little and trust that I know what I’m doing.
After all, that is why you’re hiring me.
Rather write the website copy yourself but need some guidance? Check out my consulting service.
How much does it cost?
Pricing for individual website pages starts at $200/page.
Pricing for larger projects is always custom based on the project’s requirements.
Prices are + VAT if applicable. It’s also possible to pay in EUR.
How does it work?
Step 1: request your website copy
To request website copywriting, fill in the form at the bottom of this page. I’ll have a look at your website to make sure we’re a good fit and will get back to you with a quote, a detailed project scope, and a timeline.
Step 2: fill in the questionnaire
Once we’ve agreed to move forward, I’ll send you an invoice for the deposit as well as an intake questionnaire. The better I know your business, your offer, and your ideal customer(s), the better I can craft your copy.
It will also ask for access to your website’s Google Analytics so I can analyze how people interact with your pages and track results.
Step 3: I'll do my research
I’ll go over the information you sent me and will look into your competitors. If anything is unclear, I’ll get in touch with you before I get started on your copy.
Step 4: you get your copy presented in a clear mock-up
I’ll send you your website copy in a Google Docs file and will include a mock-up that you can hand over to your designer or implement yourself.
The Google Docs file allows you to leave comments straight in the comment while the mock-up makes it easy to design the copy in such a way that it can perform optimally.
We’ll go over the copy together so you can share your thoughts and concerns freely, after which I’ll process any needed revisions.
14 days of unlimited revisions included
When you hire me, I want you to be happy with the end result. While I will push back and share my honest thoughts when I feel you’re asking for changes that will hurt your brand authority and conversions, you are the client and have the final say.
I want to create the best-performing copy for you that I can and make you proud of what that looks like. That’s why I offer 14 calendar days of unlimited revisions from the moment I’ve submitted the first draft.
